About Troy Village
History and Facts
Troy Village was built between 1957 and 1958. There are 342 units in 26 buildings over 38 acres with a swimming pool. Originally Troy Village was a garden apartment style complex. In 1980 it was converted to condominiums and became the Troy Hills of Springfield Condominium Association, Inc. The complex has one, two, three, and four bedroom units. In addition, there are two bedroom multi-floor townhouse style units.
Management
Troy Village is managed by Community Services Group located at 1030 Clifton Ave., Suite 205, Clifton, NJ. The in-house staff performs all maintenance. Jon Cirkus is the property manger and can be reached at 973-820-4175
Location
The Property is within seven miles of several major highways: Route 24 to the north, the Garden State Parkway to the East, and Routes 22 and 78 to the South. The property is located along Stone Hill Road and Troy Drive in Springfield Township, Union County, NJ.
